How this site makes money

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer pays us a small commission. The price you pay is the same either way.

bestblacktshirt.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We may also earn commissions from other retailers and brands whose links appear here; every such link is marked as sponsored in the page code and sits next to a note saying so.

Rankings are decided before commissions are looked at. We buy every shirt we test at retail with our own money. We do not accept free product, paid placements, or early access. When a shirt we recommend has no affiliate program, it stays recommended and simply has no button. When a shirt we do not recommend has a generous one, it stays unrecommended.

If a commercial relationship ever affects what appears on a page, it will be stated on that page in plain language, not here in the fine print.

What we do with an email address you give us to vote is on the privacy page. Questions about any of this: get in touch.
